The card check

At sign-up we verify your card as shown on the pricing page. If we place a temporary hold, we release it right after the check; your bank may show it as pending for up to 7 days. If we charge a small amount to verify the card, we refund it right away, and it usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Your free month

Your first month on any paid plan is free. During early access it starts on the day your relay credentials arrive.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in your account in one click, or email support@ngturn.io. If you cancel before your free month ends, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, your plan stops at the end of the current billing month and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If something goes wrong with the service in your first paid month, email us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund that month.
