Built for Voice AI, Telepresence, Robotics Teleop, Cloud Gaming, Live Video, Camera Streaming, Contact Centers, AR / VR and any other real-time workload that needs a relay.

Built for real-time apps that can't drop

If your users connect from networks you don't control, some share of their sessions needs a relay.

  • Voice AI agentsSpeech-to-speech sessions that survive networks blocking UDP.
  • Video calls and meetingsConnect people behind corporate firewalls without an IT ticket.
  • Teleoperation and roboticsReach machines on cellular links behind carrier-grade NAT.
  • Game streamingLow-latency streams when a direct path never opens.
  • Camera and CCTV streamingView cameras on private networks without port forwarding.
  • Remote desktop and supportOpen sessions to machines you cannot address directly.

Relay infrastructure without the headaches

Everything you need to guarantee connectivity for even the most restrictive networks — without managing a fleet of servers yourself.

Ultra-low latency

Anycast routing sends every client to its nearest relay for sub-40ms median hops — critical for teleop and live conversation.

Truly global

Live capacity across 8 regions on 4 continents, with more coming. Pick exactly where you need relays — from the US to the Middle East and APAC.

Secure by default

TLS/DTLS everywhere, time-limited credentials, and full RFC 5766/8656 compliance. Your media never sits in the clear.

Usage-based pricing

Pay only for the TB you relay. Volume discounts kick in automatically — from $10/TB down to $5/TB (or less) for large workloads.

Drop-in compatible

Standard STUN/TURN URIs work with any WebRTC stack — libwebrtc, Pion, aiortc, Janus, mediasoup, LiveKit, and more.

Real-time observability

Live dashboards for bandwidth, session counts, and per-region health — so you always know what's happening.

How much relayed traffic do you need each month?

As a rough guide, an hour of relayed voice uses about 25–30 MB in each direction, and an hour of 720p video about 1 GB. Pick a starting point; you can change it later.

Same reliability. A fraction of the cost.

Dollars per TB of relayed traffic, normalised from each provider's own published list price on 2026-09-16. Billing models differ — each is named under the provider. Where a provider publishes nothing on a row, the table says so rather than guessing. Follow the source links for current figures.

Connect in three steps

No SDK, no rewrite. If your app already accepts ICE servers, this is the whole integration.

  1. Verify your card

Choose your monthly TB and finish the card check. Your first 30 days are free, starting the day your credentials arrive.

  2. Add your ICE servers

    urls: [
      'turn:relay.ngturn.io:3478',
      'turns:relay.ngturn.io:443?transport=tcp'
    ],
    username, credential
  3. Confirm a relay candidate

Paste your credentials into the TURN tester and check you get a relay candidate back before you ship.

Frequently asked

What is a TURN server?

TURN (Traversal Using Relays around NAT, RFC 8656) is a relay that forwards traffic between two peers when they cannot reach each other directly. Your app asks the TURN server for a public relay address, and media flows through that address instead of a direct peer-to-peer path.

Which WebRTC stacks work with zTurn?

Any standards-compliant stack. We expose standard STUN and TURN URIs, so zTurn works with browsers, libwebrtc, Pion, aiortc, Janus, mediasoup and LiveKit without an SDK. If your app accepts an ICE server list, that list is the whole integration.

How does per-TB pricing work?

You pick the relayed traffic you expect each month and pay for that plan. It is volume pricing, so every TB is billed at the rate for your total rather than only the excess: $10 per TB at 1 TB, $9 per TB at 2–10 TB, falling to $5 per TB at the largest volumes. STUN is free and never counts.

Why do you need my card for a free month?

Free TURN relays attract bots that burn through bandwidth, and every abused relay slows down real calls. Checking a card keeps fake accounts out. Your first month on any plan stays free.

How does the $1 card check work?

We place a temporary $1 hold to confirm your card is real, then release it straight away. Nothing is charged. Depending on your bank, the pending hold can stay visible for up to 7 days before it disappears.

Is zTurn available now?

zTurn is in early access. We issue relay credentials to verified accounts in waves, starting with the regions marked Launching. Your free month starts on the day your credentials arrive, not on the day you sign up.
