What we collect

• Account data: email address, company website or LinkedIn page if you give it, and your plan choices.
• Sign-up survey: use cases, regions and expected traffic you select. We use this to decide which relays to open and to price plans.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive a customer ID, card brand, last four digits and whether the card check succeeded. We never see your full card number.
• Relay metadata: IP addresses, ports, timestamps and byte counts for each session, used for billing, capacity planning and abuse prevention. Media relayed through zTurn is encrypted end to end and we cannot read it.
• Site usage: a random session ID and the pages and steps you visit on this website. We don’t use advertising cookies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don’t record site usage.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Notifuse and Brevo (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and our hosting provider.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and as long as tax law requires afterwards. Relay metadata is kept for up to 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing support@ngturn.io.
